Returns & Exchanges

At Mirari by Dawood Designers, we strive for perfection in every piece, but if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all designer tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our dedicated concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original Mirari designer box, ensuring all protective materials and authenticity cards are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and schedule a complimentary courier pickup or drop it off at an authorized shipping center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
